Who owns and manages the RV storage facility?

Oasis RV Boat Storage 752 Co Rd 234 Georgetown, Texas 78633 is locally owned and managed daily by the owner, Gary. You will most likely meet Gary when completing a boat storage or RV storage contract. Gary is CEO and janitor of the facility and inspects the property daily. The storage facility is located on the north side of Georgetown, Texas. This is where three major highways intersect: IH35, T130 and SH195, making Oasis easy to access. The property is located 1.5 miles from Sun City and Berry Creek and Berry Creek Highlands and Shady Oaks, neighborhoods. We offer a variety of storage options for your vehicle’s needs: Garage RV storage or covered RV storage with pull thru and back in options. Garage boat storage or covered boat storage with pull thru and back in options.

Are contracts required to store vehicle ?

Yes, at Oasis RV Boat Storage we use Texas Self Storage Association (TSSA) VEHICLE, TRAILER OR BOAT SELF STORAGE RENTAL AGREEMENT with all our customers. Additionally, the following “current documentation” is required: vehicle registration, vehicle insurance, and valid state driver’s license. And all contracts are month to month with a one month minimum. Ask us about our Fair Pricing Policy.

How are my lease payments made?

You get to choose how to make your monthly lease payment to suite your needs: recurring credit or debit card charge, an invoice sent to your email, ACH bank transfer, a personal or bank bill payment check can be snail mailed to our mailing address. Finally, all payment types are due on or before the 1st of each month to avoid late fees. By using our credit or debit card auto payment method you avoid late fees all together.
