Additionally, a wide interior size allows access to the RV’s external compartments when the road warrior parked. An automatic garage door opener is used to open and close the 14ft W x 14ft H oversized garage door. The units have a dedicated 20 amp circuit along the back wall for trickle charging your batteries.

The unit is built with concrete floors with interior metal walls that go from floor to ceiling making these units ideal for storing other RV or boating gear. The building has gutters and down spouts eliminating splash back when it rains. A concrete approach apron is used to help transition your vehicle to the concrete floor of the unit. The driveway in front of these units is fifty-five feet wide, allowing easy maneuvering of your vehicle into the unit.
